I am very sorry to hear all of the emotional and physical abuse you and your girlfriend have had to endure in your life.

There is nothing wrong with you or your feelings towards another girl.

Suicide is never the option. Life is bigger than that. Attempting suicide and succeeding in it can relief for you but imagine what impact it would have on the people who care for you. Therefore, some may call the suicide option selfish. I won’t! Because I believe that when your mental health is messed up, it damages your cognition and insight. It makes us believe that our existence or absence is same the same and no one really cares for us. This is not the case! Remember one thing. There are always people who care for us, few they may be. All we need is to look for them around us and sit with them. If you think with a cool mind, you would prefer sitting and smiling with them instead of leaving them forever. So, the percentage of suicide as a viable option for you is Zero.

The next step is thinking about the possible solutions.

There are some options that you should try.

      1. Please turn to God and ask him to help you. Basically, you can try to fight this situation by yourself or ask God to help you. Please read my story, God makes miracles and he will never let you down.
      2. You can leave your country and start a new life, it doesn’t sound easy but others have done it and so can you. There are parts of the world where being LGBTQI+ isn’t such a repressive situation. You can find love and a fulfilling life.
      3. I would advise you to contact other LGBT Support Organizations in parallel. You can find the list of support organizations at the following link:

Please try to contact Rainbow Railroad first.

I hope to have given some insight into some perspectives of your situation.

Please do not hesitate to contact me any time through email or RFGN messaging.

I really hope and wish that you come out of this situation. Don’t lose hope. Nothing is permanent: NOT EVEN THE PAIN.

      With lots of love,

      Perry Ramen
